Both titles were combined for a 'Double Album Cassette' release. The catalog number for the cassette is the same as the normal 'one album' version. I purchased two Depeche Mode Singles box sets (Music for the Masses & Black Celebration). The music from DM, needs no validation. The vinyl records have proven to be well pressed and vibrant in sound quality. I'm pleased with my purchase. Editors’ Notes Throughout the ‘80s, Depeche Mode went from being excited outside agitators creating unusual snythesizer-driven music to the standard-bearers of the new sound sweeping dance clubs and concert arenas. The group’s 1987 album Music for the Masses is less a boast than an admission of just how far its unconventional sound had infiltrated the mainstream.
